The easiest way to do this is the following: Select "Quick Play" from the main menu. Cycle to the final page. (Where you see Weezer and Wildboyz) Select the MTV Backgrounds on the bottom row. Select any one you wish. When the scene starts flail your arms and make motions however do not speak or make noise. The reason you are making these motions is if you remain still you will obtain the "Stagefright" rating at the end of the performance by default over the intended "Speak Up!" or more likely "Who Hit The Mute Button?" rating. Also by having selected the MTV background not only is it short in time but you will also obtain the "VJ or not VJ?" achievement en route to "Silence is Golden".
