Collect 5 stars so the special move is activated. Marty picks up the kart in his mouth and starts a stampede. I hated this one, your best bet is to wait until you have collected a turbo power-up. That way you can use the turbo power-up just before you activate the special. That way you will even go faster and it will make it easier to knock over 3 opponents.
