You just have to kill 10,000 zombies in the pure pwnage level. They can be killed any way you like and can be done over numerous attempts.

The description suggests that you have kill 10k zombies in the Pure Pwnage level with your pwn ability (LT), however, this popped for me while I wasn't using it. So just 10k cumulative kills. Doesn't have to be in one shot.
