I got this achievement in Level 1, in the panel that ends with Wolverine & Hulk looking over the side of the building down below. This is the panel that starts with Wolverine mentioning his Hold ability. It popped during the ending cutscene. As long as you kill all the enemies and smash everything, picking up all the coins (the gold icons that pop out when you destroy things), this achievement will pop.
