This is story-related and cannot be missed.

This pops the moment you defeat the boss for Issue 5, which is in a large, star-trek-enterprise-like area, whre you'll be against the charging boss again. This time, enemies wil lspawn at you and you can only kill the boss once you've destroyed the enemies, and the boss has charged. The boss will not charge until the enemies are destroyed. Like the previous time you fought this boss, dodge, and use X-bombs once he's stunned. Be warned that his stun time is a lot shorter this time around.
