I got this achievement in Issue 2, Panel 4. After you defeat the big, slow, powerful robot at the beginning of the Panel, you go into the middle of the room (with the huge 4 on the ground in a big circle), where you have to defend. A couple of groups of three enemies appear. Before your heroes can kill them, bring your heroes to one side, draw a glyph ball (draw a circle with uDraw where you want the ball to go), and flick the ball over a group of the three small enemies. If you miss, or kill two, just restart panel, as this will restart you from the 4-pad that you're defending.
