Firstly I must say that this game is some piece of work. Controls and game-play mechanics are Very Odd, even stupid at times. Camera angles mess you up and the game glitches ever so often, so BE FOREWARNED.
This causes many players to get frustrated, as it is difficult to figure out what buttons to press and when to press them.

Other than that on your first play-through it will allow you to kill enemies by mashing buttons, but you will eventually get to a "mini-boss", here you will have to press the correct buttons sequentially much like a QTE to be able to connect and achieve your combo and eventually take him down.

All should be well until you get to Sam Jackson. The guide on the HARD TARGET cheevo is very good for getting the pattern down and I will refer you to this :

My only tip, which will be helpful in the Speed Demon cheevo is a glitch skip at the Final Level in the Dojo. Here's what I did :
As it begins, you fight 2 enemies on the ground floor, then make your way up to the second floor - 3 more, then 4 more enemies. After this go up to the final set of stairs and defeat these baddies at the Top Floor of the Dojo, about 5-6 regular strength laugh.

Now here is the trick, You will have to descend the Dojo to fight these Extra Strength enemies (who will destroy your health in no time) BUT instead of fighting
Run down the stairs past the 1st set, DO NOT engage anyone, continue past the 2nd set, turn left and run past the 3rd set; then head down the final stairs toward the closed / locked door.
When you arrive Run into the wall on the Right Hand side of the Locked Door and you will glitch outside and trigger the next cut-scene outdoors. Use your teleport ability [RB] + forward - to Jump past them all - Collect health if you need and run to the next section through the hole in the wall.
You will still have to kill all these regular enemies but wait for them to come through the hole in the wall and destroy them as they arrive. Make sure that you go back outside and kill any baddies left which will cause the Final door to the Final Boss to open.

This skip will cause you : Not to Die, Save your Health and Save you Time.

Then the rest is up to you. shock
