EDIT: TrueAchievements is showing this achievement as being discontinued. I'm unaware of the specific circumstances, but as of now it appears you can't get it.
ORIGINAL SOLUTION: You'll need to have a Facebook account for this. Make sure you're logged in to Facebook ahead of time; it'll make things quicker. From the main menu, go to Help & Options. The fourth option down is Share. It'll ask you to enter an email address. Enter one that's valid - does not have to be the one associated with your Facebook account - then go to your computer (I left the game open for this, though I don't know if it's strictly necessary) and click the link they've sent you. It'll take you to one of those "This app is asking permission to access your info and post to your wall" screens; click Accept, then return to your game and wait for confirmation to arrive. You'll see an option show up that says "Posting: Disabled." Click it to enable posting and pop the achievement.
Please note that some email services don't seem to be compatible. I use Gmail and had no problems, so if yours isn't working just set up a quick throwaway account there and use that.
