Simple achievement, at the very end of Collision Chaos Zone Act 2 you reach a U shaped section of the stage right before the goal. Simply jump behind the spring and while facing the left side of the U charge Sonic's Peel Out ability by holding up and A, release and he will run up the wall, using the downward momentum fly up the other side of the U and you will reach a ledge on your right above the bottom level. This is the upper signpost, achievement popped for me before even finishing the stage.

Should also mention this can't be done as Tails, achievements are disabled when using him. Also this is obtainable in Time Attack mode.
I've also added a new Video by Achievement Hunter Community since the previous one was removed. This guy is painfully bad at the game and the video is of the whole level, skip through to 1.05 for the part that matters.
If you negative vote please state why in the comments, this guide works fine so if anyone encounters a problem mention it in the comments and I'll try to rectify it.
