this video shows all bosses but watch from 5 00 to 6 06 to get this. this video belongs to ACESpark not me, pretty much you just need to run through the level.
If you get hit by the laser robotnik does at the start it doesnt void the achievement, only after the race against metal sonic starts. Thanks to JotaroRaido for sharing that.

| Just to Clarify, this achievement can be gotten in Time Attack mode, Just pick Stardust Speedway Zone III if you want another shot at this. |

The way I got the achievement is by allowing Metal Sonic to take the lead, so he can get rid of all those pesky spikes.
You need to stay close to Metal, but not too close or otherwise you WILL get hurt. And avoid Robotnik's Laser otherwise you will have to start again.
When you're about to reach the goal, do a Super Peel-Out (Press Up and the Spin Dash button), you will go faster than Metal but make sure to jump over any spikes that may appear.
Keep trying and you will eventually get the achievement.
