You have to go through the middle ramp labeled "Jump" which Ghost Riders front wheel is blocking. Once you hit it, Ghost Rider will pop a wheelie. Which will allow you to jump across the mini gap. Once across your ball will start to roll across the Left side of the upper table which there is a flipper. The goal is to time the hit so that it runs across the full lap on the upper table. You must do this three times in a row without it falling into the gutter. The timing is pretty crazy for the second and third rotation. But this is something that is accessible at the very beginning of playing so you'll have easy access to try it as many times as possible.
