After you beat Atlas in Bresha Ruins 005 AF 2 artefacts appear on the map. The artefact behind a cage just backtracking from your current position is the "Reunion" Artefact. This artefact allows you to enter the Sunleth Waterscape 300 AF. First you must find the time gate that accepts this artefact which is located in the underground tunnels in the middle of the map. Once through the portal you will undergo a quick cutscene and enter the adventure field and the achievement will pop.
