As stated by ALeXoTiC, This will pop once you reach 99 with all 6 roles on both characters.
For good grinding on CP and Gil.
-Kill the Long Gui in the Steppe alot.... Note you will have to change weather for him to spawn again and sometimes kill one of the other big four to make him spawn (Ochu, Yomi, Immortal, Long Gui) It is highly recommended to have a Tortoise Paradigm for his Ultima and Roar abilities. -Kill Ochu when rotating to Long Gui. Make sure you have 3 or 4 Paradigms with a monster sentinel always active while the 2 main characters kill Ochu FIRST. Easy win. I used my silver chocobo ( 13000 HP making it so he never needs healing, this done through infusion and being max level 45 ) -Kill the Raspalti guy in Oerba 400AF for your Fair Fighter achievement and a ton of money CP. He gives 25000 CP (50000 with Rolling in the CP Fragment Skill). He gives 50k Gil ( 75k with Gilfinder II active in party through a monster ally) -Kill Yomi (really tough fight that can go bad regardless of preparation and execution) -Every 5 feet in Academia 400AF with all the crap that spawns, just have Com-Com-Com and destroy them. Certain area's give very little CP and others give 1k-2k per fight with the fights taking little more then 10 seconds at WORST. Sell the Tears your get for decent money, 99 inventory limit comes up quick on them so keep an eye on them. |

Supreme Being - Fully developed all abilities.
Finish both Noel and Serah's Crystarium.
There are six roles that you have to get to Lv. 99. -Commando -Ravanger -Sentinal -Saboteur -Synergist -Medic
You get the achievement after you put the 99th level into the 2nd character.
This is easily done while getting the other achievements. |

The best CP grinding area, and I mean the best by far to me, was in Noel's country "A Dying World" with the privileges "double CP amount" "increase rare encounters" and "increase combat frequency".
Then you go in this aforementioned area, you run in a straight line and you don't stop unless you see one red point only: it will be a metallic pampa. Stop moving, it will eventually hit you. With the Cerberus paradigm (COM/COM/COM) you destroy it in less than ten seconds. BAM 2000CP.
I got my very last twenty levels in maybe five minutes.
Good luck to all of you. :) |

Farming spot:
In Academia 400 AF there is a barrier with a silver enemy behind it. As long as you don't kill him the barrier will hold. From there, walk up the stairs to the right and walk left to get to another barrier.
Position your character in the corner and monsters will keep on spawning. Just keep tapping A (with an attacking paradigm set up as default) and nothing else to it. Can be done with a turbo controller while you sleep...
If you have already killed the silver enemy you can go to the "wild artefact gate" on 400 AF. Position your character against a wall at the junction there and keep tapping A for a long time. Same thing only the spawning point is slower. (Also good with the turbo controller/sleeping combo...)
The youtube clip shows where to find the barrier with the silver enemy. (credit for the video goes to the original poster)

| Just follow the guide for getting all the fragments I got this achievement when I had about ten fragments left to get. That is if you don't run away from fights. |
