You will easily get this achievement when you first start playing Endless Zombies. Simply go from room to room. It should only take around 5 or so rooms, depending on which rooms they are.

Some tactics for the zombies is to stay in a corner. It isnt like I Made A Game, beacuse there are now walls in the way so they cant spawn and sneak up on you. Though a rapid fire weapon is reccomdended, like the machine gun or flamethrower.
