I found this one a bit tricky so I set up a plan of how I was going to go about this so that I would be able to get to all rooftops and clear them all.

This is what I did: (5 Roofs In Total)

1-On the easy difficulty sad panda skyblazing (1st instance) 1st thing you wanna do is when you gain control of the panda turn a touch to your left so that you can see the 5 red arrows indicating the roof tops. Now you wanna go straight for the tallest one which should be easily distinguishable (think it is roughly the 2nd red arrow from right to left) and glide straight toward it until your almost on top of it and pull back on the LS stick so that you hover down slowly onto it (takes a bit of practice) and you should be faced with mascots wearing Johnny Gat masks. Take them all out with your chainsaw obviously avoiding the cannons that launch you back into the sky. You also have a time limit you need to get off the rooftop in before you fail the mission. Once all mascots on the rooftop are dead you should get a message like top of cool or clear for landing so that you know you haven't missed 1

2-From step 1 you wanna jump off the roof to the west (no need for cannon) and land on roof straight down In front of you. Mascots should be the purple energy drinks. Kill then all until you get the on screen message

3-From step 2 you wanna get into the cannon on north side of the roof and glide over to the roof to the north which should contain hotdog
mascots. Kill them all

4-From step 3 you wanna jump into the south side cannon and follow the rings to the next closest roof to the south which contains beet bottle mascots. I think while your gliding over to this rooftop you may have to use a balloon so you can get enough height. Kill all mascots

5-From step 4 you wanna jump into the southern cannon and straight ahead of you, you'll see the last roof with an ethical balloon to the adjacent right. You must hit this balloon so you gain the necessary height to get on this rooftop which will contain furry animal mascots. Upon killing these the achievement should pop immediately.

Following it this way made it easier to know where I was going and a good order to do them with minimal use if balloons. Also doing it this way you can launch off the last rooftop and glide south through the rings and land In the finish zone to get the stick the landing achievement and finish this instance of the activity as clearing the rooftops will net plenty of money.

Also note if you stuff up along the way just use the balloons to get the necessary height again. Hope this helps someone :-)
