After patch solution. (since the update released on feb 2nd, this achievement is attainable)
The stinky bug is a little green dancing bug that, well, dances in a certain spot. You need to find this bug, zoom in, click on the bug till it disappears, and repeat this 3 times. After each time you click in the bug, it will relocate on a different location, so you will have to look for it. When you do that, that will net you a stinky bug "kill". You need to repeat such procedure 100 times.
* Note - I unlocked this achievement at Lvl 22, just halfway through it, it took me from january 14th to february 7th, checking the game daily, and really constantly. 2 days I couldnt find stinkbugs in my game, but that was my mistake, cause the stinkbug was placed in a really hard to spot position close to an ant house, so I missed him. After that, they were "frequent" and I kept getting from 3 to 5 of those per day, I hope this works for you. Btw, I didnt mess with the time on the phone even once.

I have been playing this game "legit" (Meaning - No messing or changing the time on my phone, not that I consider those acts cheating or glitching or whatever).
If you find out that you are not getting Stinky Bugs, I recommend you check very closely in your houses, or stockpiles. Once I thought Stinkybugs just stopped showing for me, but I was wrong, since it was very very very well hidden next (or inside) an Ant house, so, if you have this problem, of no new stinky bugs, try moving your houses around, and it might be hiding there.
Right now im at level 20, and very close to unlocking the 300,000 acorns, I have been getting from 3-4 Stinkybugs per day, sometimes 1 more. I am not keeping count of how many I have killed, but I hope I´ll unlock this when I reach Lvl 25, or before.
My first achievement was unlocked on January 14, so, its been 16 days, and I am just at level 20, I have also kept a very close eye to this game, trying to be as efficient as possible, it turns grindy and boring, but well, now i just have to check it every 30 mins to put the bugs back to work.
* If you get BlackOuts, its caused by the decorations, just remove every decoration you have when you complete missions related to that.
The phone im using isthe LG-E900

'Piratonio' covered most of the sticky bug issues, but there is only on more thing I need to add so others can obtain this one quicker. I obtained this achievement at lvl 19, I know right? The way I got about 2-3(Average) a day, getting this achievement pretty early, was because I left the lions and ladybugs alone once I obtained the '100 lady bug achievement'.
I was not getting any luck with the stinky bugs at first and I thought that it had to do something with the lady bugs and lions spawning constantly. So I stopped helping the helpless lady bugs and stopped forcing that lion back to the ground. The only one left spawning was the stinky bug, that eventually kept spawning a lot from there on.
I hope this Tip helps you obtain this achievement and closer to finishing this game.

I started doing this on the beginning of level 18 and obtained the achievement on level 19, killing nearly 66-69(lost count after 65) stinky bugs, without messing with the time zone. |
