This is actually a lot easier than it seems. All you have to do is quick step (double tap up or down, and you'll see some draft lines behind your character) and then finish your opponent with the next attack. You'll likely get this by accident, but I just used quick battle to finish up what I didn't have, by competing against the lesser AI.
