This and the Footsteps of Soldiers achievement can be done in player matches if have a friend to boost with you.
It would be advisable to do either one of these while you boost the 100 fights achievement that way you knock out two in one go.
Other than boosting, if you still have one of these two achievements left over, the best thing to do would probably be to go to Quick Battle and fight every male or female that you find as this will add up quickly and knock out some of the 240 titles you have to earn from Quick Battle.
