The fastest way to get words done in my opinion is to play letter mania and focus on making smaller words (3 or 4 letters), as this is much quicker than thinking of longer words. As you become more familiar with the short words the game allows you should progress towards the achievement at a quick pace.

Alternatively you could unlock this by simply playing the game over time or whilst going for other achievements.
