Okay so here is how I got it...could be different. As I was running after Nikki in the station, you have to fight a Panda. Got all the way down to the train part...he made me lose a leg (that bastard LOL) after the train killed him and the Achievement "Mind the Gap" popped I still had one leg...sooo you Jump (which in this case cause you have one leg its considered a "Hop") then do a Roll like you would do and then get your other leg back and Jump. Thats how I got it but you can do that anytime you lose one of your legs
