To start the Travelers storyline head to Star camp

Star camp lies between Glendara, Locra-Rane, Haxhi and The Sidhe. once there Speak with Grim Onwig. (It is possible to find him outside the camp in the passage between Glendara and Locra-Rane. correct me if i'm wrong) Once spoken to him you will start a chain of quests for this faction just like the other factions.

the quests are:
The Guided Hands
The Silent Step
Jailbreak
Something Borrowed
Going rogue
Mirror, Mirror
Outside the Box
Classic Misdirection
The Purloined Letters
Thick as Thieves

after you have finished thick as thieves and obtained the rank of Chariot, you will obtain the achievement.
