If you started the campaign first this may very well be your first achievement, as it was mine. Shortly after starting the campaign you will come to a glowing purple portal (best way I can describe it) on the ground and the game will instruct you to buy a Talent. Take a moment to look over the various Talents Jackie can learn and choose which ones you want to buy first.

This will unlock as soon as you buy a talent, but you can expect to need to do around 2 playthroughs of this game to gain enough Essence to purchase all of Jackie's Talents and get the Talent Show achievement. Luckily for you, you will need to do 2 playthroughs to get the At Home in the Dark achievement anyway. ^_^
