A story related achievement (as most of these secret achievements for this game seem to be). Obviously near the end BUT not quite. Victor wasn't too hard but can be frustrating. He'll spawn some Brotherhood to fight you and when that's not happening, he's throwing Dark beams at you (supposedly you can use the Demon Arm slash on them to destroy them but I never paid them any attention as I constantly poured the ammo on him). He moves around a lot so just keep that in mind and try not to let the baddies swarm you.
