You have to play the minigame with the dodgeballs with the arms and legs piling up in your living room. You have to sift through all the colored ones and find the silver shiny ones and float them up to the top of the screen swatting them up. Each time you lift one out of the pile it adds more colored balls after 5 silver ones lifted up or so the achievement will pop.
