This Is an easy one to get as you play carrer mode as a racer just keep driveing as close as possable to other cars with out hitting them if you do it right it will say near miss. I don't know if this achievement is cliched because i have unlocked it some time ago and it's not showing here at TA. or on my XBOX accont it dose show on my W7 Trophy , I may have to reinstall but I will do that after getting the last 2 achievements i need, i will post here if it helped me. Ok it popped for me after reinstalling and getting 50 near misses again.
