This one may take a little persistance.

Easiest way I found is to purchase the Battle Cry Mode Modifer for 40 credits. This makes the game in arcade mode two times slower.

Then simply take your time tapping individually on each enemy. Once past 5 waves you can let yourself die and unlock the achievement.
