The description of this achievement is a bit misleading to obtain this achievement you have to eat 5 sausages in a row and then stay alive while not going through a checkpoint till the affects of the sausages stop, and you are returned back to normal size.
This is best unlocked on Butchery experiment 4, once you have eaten five sausages in a row keep flapping your wings to slow you down and wait till the affects of the sausages stop (do not go through a checkpoint), and poof you've got the achievement good luck.
Another level you could try if you are struggling is hatchery experiment 6. (As pointed out by Ondik)
