*Edited*: made some corrections on my guide.
You will find this heavy object only in the level, The Last Resort.
Right after the section where you're from the first motel, fall off and go to the left. You will see an enemy, a prisoner, and a kitchen sink alone. Pick up the sink, throw at the enemy and kill it, and the achievement pops up. Note that the wheel and this are the only indestructible heavy objects you'll find in the game. You can carry it with you and use it to farm heavy object kills towards to the achievement, Shank Smash. |
