Play the mission Chemical Tanker until you reach your first check point.
Once you hit the check point, wait and you will see on enemy walk past a stair case in front of you, and he will walk to his buddy.
Silently take them both out; and head down the right path.
Straight into the next room.
Here is where the hostages are, now pull out your light machine gun and light them up, and dont shoot the hostages. There is ruffly 5 enemy's you have to kill.
Watch were they run, and run into the room with them, once you spot the first hostage the achievement will unlock.
Luckily if you miss this one, re playing it will only take about 5 minutes.
