This cant be missed, it is a story based achievement. Whilst you progress through the level you should naturally just grow 6 arms.
Just follow the instructions on the screen and BLOOP!
NOTE:: - - CREDIT TO HALYCOPTER - - ::
'Halycopter' states that this achievement CAN be missed if you skip cutscenes.
I cannot prove if this is true or not as i was sure you cant skip INTERACTIVE scenes but you can skip normal cutscenes.
So in light of this statement please be aware when skipping cutscenes as you MAY miss this. |

Achievement: The Six-Armed Man- 15G
This achievement is earned during your fight with Wyzen on Episode 5. When you're being punched/crushed by Wyzen you'll be prompted to continuously press B, the RT for a cutscene of multiple arms coming out of Asura to even the playing field a bit. |
