On Chapter 10, when in the hot bath you'll be given several options. The Y option is 'Chug', do this 3 times.

Whilst your there don't forget to grab these 2 achievements as well.

At the start of Chapter 10 you'll be waited on by Augus' assistant. Once she's approached you, you'll be prompted to interact with her. For this achievement you'll want to choose the Y prompt, Chug.

Once you've achieved your state of intoxication you'll pop this 15G achievement.
