You can get this in 3 missions in co-op, missions 3 ("Atlantic Accelerator"), 6, ("Scandinavia") and 9 ("New England")

At the end of each of these missions you face an enemy squad of 4 agents. Defeat them and the achievement should pop when you get the Mission Complete screen.

Difficulty level doesn't matter.

Although each agent squad has different names there are some things which are always the same to keep in mind. One agent has C2C pulse permanently enabled; prioritize this one if you can. Another will typically have a shotgun, a third a heavy weapon (COIL or minigun) and the fourth's weapon varies but is usually a rifle.

The best strategy is to work with your teammates and get one agent separated from the rest - they'll heal and revive each other, so if you can get one separated you can immediately start a chiprip and everyone else keeps the ripper healed (the enemy agents WILL swarm you.) The reason I suggest chip rip is that enemy agents cannot revive an enemy being ripped; they can only down the ripper. Shield, C2C Pulse, or straight healing over and over will protect your ripper and guarantee that agent stays down.

Repeat for the other agents. If you can get the heavy weapon agent separated, the minigun absolutely shreds them. You can down 2-3 agents in one long burst, but they'll pick each other up unless you run in and chip rip fast.

If you can't chip rip, the other solution is to breach and destroy the enemy agents - but if they're picked up in the middle of the breach process, they regain full health. On the other hand, any progress you made in the breach is retained so if you down them again, you don't start from zero.

What worked for me was breaching the first to guarantee a kill. At that point with only 3 enemy agents and 4 players, we could get them split up and finished off much easier. Eventually you'll get good enough to rip all four; of course, by that point you'll probably have 200 spare upgrade tokens.

Virus and Focus Link work well against agents just like against reactives. Save them for when you get an agent separated from the group and then hit him with every app and bullet you have.
