you NEED the following:
Faye at least level 3 (mostly filled to bar 4) AND Cain at level 2+ ;after that event you get quite a boost in trust with Faye. I never choose Ca in except for level 4-3. that and the level in which you must take him along gives you more then enough trust with him. If Cains trust is only level 1 he will interrupt your "kissy time" with Faye (and some light ass-grabbing).
Also its on level 4-4 right at the start... |

| As the other solution state, u have to build up trust with Faye. I would recommend picking Faye as a teammate during chapter 4. Make sure to agree with her and also make lots of kills. I was playing on soldier difficulty and got this cutscene with 2 1/2 bars of trust. I dont agree that you have to have maximum trust to earn this. |

*spoiler alert*
A Private Moment - See the Love Scene with Faye
I got this towards the end of Chapter 4, after bandaging Faye up. You need near maximum trust with Faye at this point for it to unlock.
To get trust up just make sure you are always rushing into combat and performing high scoring kills. Also in any conversations with Faye be agreeable with her.
If your trust isn't high enough at this point you will get interrupted and the scene gets cut short. |
