Unmissable achievement: Story related, Possible spoiler.

During Act 5 you will have access to the 'Howitzer' mobile gun battery outside the Amada Building. Simply destroy all the enemies to obtain the achievement.

Note: If you fail to destroy the enemies quick enough Cain will die but it will prompt you to try again.
