The very beginning of Chapter 3-3, you have the opportunity to unlock these three achievements:
For 'Multi-Kill Master', access the shopping terminal, directly in front of you. Purchase 2 KISS grenades. Have them equipped and proceed through the door on your left. Once you walk into the room, immediate go left and around the crate in front of you. There will be about 5-7 spider-like robots crawling toward you. Throw a grenade on the floor and run back to your original position. This will net you a multi-kill. Then run back up and do it again. You should get another. After your 2nd multi, pause and reload the checkpoint. The multi-kills are cumulative and carry over when restarting. Just rinse & repeat until it unlocks.
For 'One-shot Master', simply shoot the spider robots. Each kill registers as a one-shot kill.
For 'Smash Master', simply walk up to spider robots and press 'X' to melee. You'll receive a 'Smash' bonus in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
All of these can easily be done on any difficulty. |

You will get this achievement quite easily during 1st playthrough. If you don't, then this achievement can be done for example in Chapter 1-3. Bo will tell you to shoot snipers. Take the sniper rifle and shoot the snipers. You will get few one shot bonuses. After you kill the snipers just load checkpoint and repeat.
Also during campaign you will get attacked by little spider robots. Once you kill those you will always get one shot bonus. |

This achievement is unlocked when you have killed 50 enemies with a single bullet from any weapon.
Best to head to Chapter 3 where you're trying to reach the rooftops and rinse the tiny electric leech type robots.
Be sure to roll or melee if they attach to you .
