The following are the requirements for Silver Survive Badges (all must be collected for the achievement):

Mulligan - Use Rewinds a total of 30 times:

This should come with time as you play the game, especially while you are placing geotags. Note however, the game can sometimes be finicky about registering a "Rewind" towards this total. If you're having trouble, try using rewinds in Deadly Descents or Global Events, where you are limited to 3 total rewinds in a run, and do your best to complete the track to make sure they register. Also, note that if you rewind in the same section (e.g. you die, rewind but not far enough and die again) this will only count as 1 rewind.

Too Easy - Survive 3 runs in a Survive Event:

Complete 3 full runs (get to the bottom of the mountain, then jump into the helicopter and go to the top of the mountain and complete again, etc). See "Under Dressed" below.

I Don't Rewind Rentals Either - Survive 2 runs NO rewinds:

See "Under Dressed" below.

Under Dressed - Survive 2 runs NO rewinds NO survival gear:

The best place for all "survive X runs" is in Siberia > Kara-oiuk > Critical Mass.

Simply stay to the right of the track, and press down to control your speed. Go slowly, don't do any jumps, and MAKE SURE to remove all survival gear (including Ice Picks, which are required for the run). It will say your chance of survival is very low, but proceed anyways, and stay high and tight on the right side, and you should get through as many runs as you have the patience for (beware, it can be kinda boring to go slow and steady).

I would suggest doing this in a Global Survive Event on this mountain, as it still counts towards the badge and you're also setting yourself up for some money. Can be done in Explore mode as well however.
