This is not my guide. I got this from xbox360achievements.org. The original creator is EliteShadowMan. I am just posting it on here to help you guys out that are struggling. :) Enjoy
You have to play with every character for this achievement to unlock. Anybody that you played with in Story Mode doesn't count. So simply load up Free Battle with a second controller or against Easy Computer, and beat them with every character in the game. The description is very misleading, but it is confirmed that you need to play as every playable character. Also note if you've played with every character and it doesn't unlock, then try to also use some characters alternates. To switch to alternates you have to highlight a character and hit Right Bumper. Here's a list of Alternates:
Gaara (both young and older version)
Sasuke (both young and older version)
Naruto (upper left hand corner)
Temari (both young and older version)
Kankuro (both young and older version)
Minato
Kakashi
Itachi
Shikamaru (younger version)

Ninja Lover (50g)
For this achievement, you must play with every character at least one (free mode recommended/Single match.) This achievement is time consuming, depending on how you do it. The fastest way to receive this achievement is go to either team or single match in free mode (doesn't matter which mode you pick.) Then look at your battle setting's and raise your handicap to the maximum and reduce the time to the lowest it can be(your option.) After playing as every player at least once, the achievement will unlock. |
