As you fly through the galaxy, certain planets can be scanned to find people or objects. Attaining 10 of these hidden resources will pop this achievement, but it's a much slower and more arduous task if you just fly around blindly scanning EVERYTHING, getting chased away by Reapers, and having to return later and hope you remember which planets you already scanned, so as to avoid provoking another attack.

So, below I have included a link to a list of areas to scan. It's not 100% (I found one entire system within a particular cluster that wasn't even listed, and did have a couple obhjects in it) but it will be more than enough to net you this achievment and get you well on your way to building up some good war asset numbers.
