After the first few missions you will have this just by killing mostly husks. I found them to be a 1 shot kill with the charged melee attack (Holding B) on insanity difficulty. Best part is they run right to you, in fact this is more then likely the overall best way to kill them anyway. Do not waste your time reloading chapters if you want it badly go to multiplayer.
Multiplayer:
If you would like this sooner rather then later, multiplayer is your best bet. You do basically the same thing and just run around using your charge melee attack. The best of the 3 enemy types to fight are the Reapers. Cannibals hardly shoot or even move on Bronze difficulty. I went around 1 hitting them without being spec'd into any melee enhancements.

| Aside from Husks, I have also found Swarmers to be a nice way to get this achievement. If you go after some lost Krogan scouts, you should run into a decent number of these little guys...as long as your teammates don't one shot them first. |

| To do this your best bet is husks (Human type robots found in reaper fights) on ur missions you'll visite the moon of palaven the turian home planet here there are mainly husks through the game except for a few brutes and muraders . it is a good place to farms sum kills. and yes my grammers crap ive got dyslexia :D |
