Edit: I figured it'd be better to show how to do the landings so I am slowing going to upload videos for each challenge.

Challenge 4
Possibly the hardiest challenge in the game. You are given a runway that is not only small but uneven and runs up a hill. Your choice of approach will impact how you land.

The right approach has you going up hill. Stay low and slow, about 70-80kts. When the first part of the runway starts to creep up under your wheels pull up just enough that you'll be moving relative to the angle of the runway; you can also try for the flat sections butthey are towards the end of the runway, you might roll off and void your landing. Let the aircraft touch down and hope for the best.

The left approach is harder to land perfect on. Low and slow as before. Try to touchdown on the first or second flat section of the runway. Engage breaks as soon as you touchdown and slightly push your stick up to keep the aircraft from lifting off the ground when going over the downhill sections.

No matter your approach you'll need to be quick, the run way is small and land-able sections are even smaller.

Challenge 5
Similar to 4 but now your landing on a curving road with a slight crosswind. Take the left approach, the right can be buggy and not register your touchdown. Fly pass the ridge then turn towards the runway, you'll be aiming between two of the wind turbines. Stay low and slow relative to the runway, adjust for the wind and aim for the first part after the marker. Apply breaks as soon as you touch down and be prepared for drop offs on the road, do what ever you can to avoid lifting off the ground.

Remember on every challenge to go in with full flaps and touchdown with all three wheels at the same time, bouncing the back of the plane into the ground will count against a soft landing.
