For this achievement, all you have to do is win ten matches on XBox Live.
I think this can be done on any mode you can chose from to play over XBox Live. As long as you win ten matches, the achievement should be unlocked after your tenth victory is earned.

Edit: I noticed that I received a negative vote and I do not understand why. For those that do, please comment below and I'll amend it, but otherwise, this is the best solution possible. I've done it, so it shouldn't be a problem. If you cannot accomplish it, that is your problem, not mine.
