While the goal for this achievement is rather clear, I felt that a bit of back information could help those looking to get the achievement in a timely manner. That being said I'll give a few tips for the methods of both boosting and playing this one out.
Boosting-
This is easy enough, set up a private endless battle and simply exchange wins on 1 round matches. Don't switch characters and the loser should play as a low HP character such as Akuma or Dhalsim which doesn't make much of an impact but every bit helps. You can work on any of your finishes while doing so, just make sure if it's anything other than perfect you take some damage first.
Competitive-
This way is a bit tougher, and I'll wish you the best of luck if it's the path you chose. One round matches are still your best bet for speed, however there isn't much competition here so I'd suggest searching best of 3. Ranked matches are good, as are endless lobbies if you can hold the winner position. Otherwise avoid larger rooms as you can't really be on as much for a chance to win.
All in all by 500 matches you can easily reach this by boosting and not so easily by playing them out, suggest ranked if you want to work towards your C-Rank as well (1,000 BP) however if you don't want to risk points you previously earned at the start of the day find a good endless lobby. The 100 can be a mix of the two and should pop precisely on time.
