You can obtain this achievement in Mission 3 of the Trouble With Clones DLC, 'Send in the Clones'.

This achievement can be obtained at the very end of the mission, after making your way to the Magarac Bridge. When you arrive, use your fireballs (RB) to take out all of the enemies on the ground.

After clearing the area of enemies, Pierce will call in a helicopter. Run to the helicopter to climb in. From this point onwards you will have infinite ammo for the Annihilator. As you are taken around the Magarac Bridge, destroy the vehicles as quickly as possible.

Hold LT to aim and RT to fire. You can lock on to enemies if you hold LT and aim for 2 or 3 seconds, but this is only really recommended for moving targets. You will first be presented with ground targets, with several Swat vehicles. After destroying many of these, you will be alerted to some snipers nearby. Take them out and several helicopters will arrive. Destroy a few of these and tanks will arrive to accompany them. The tanks take two shots to be destroyed.

It is the helicopters that seem to give most people trouble, so focus your fire on these as soon as they arrive.

Once you have destroyed all of the enemies, you should unlock the achievement, providing Johnny Tag has not taken any damage. Note that this is easier if you are playing co-op, as you can take down the vehicles much quicker.

If for some reason you do not manage to unlock the achievement, you can either restart the mission from the checkpoint, or simply replay the missions again after completing the DLC. To do this, save your game, and then reload it. Access the Missions menu on your Cell Phone for the option to replay the Trouble With Clones DLC again.
