Best way to do this and most of the other achievements is to start a quick match and go to "Difficulty Sliders" and change the CPU settings to what you need them to be. Basically you're awesome, the CPU sucks.
By doing this it will easily help you get:

One Man Show
One thing to note is for some you'll want the CPU to always throw the strike zone slowly. For three other achievements "I Came, I saw.., No Hole To Deep, Take That" you would want the CPU to throw heavily sliding pitches with no strike zone. |
