This achievement is stackable. Make sure all of your pitching sliders are all the way up and all of the CPU batting sliders are all the way down. Just mix up your pitches and you should be fine getting strikeouts. When you only need one more out to finish the game SAVE AND QUIT. Now all you have to do is repeatedly load up the save over and over again and record the last out until you have enough strikeouts for the achievement to unlock. Some say the achievement won't unlock until you play a franchise game, but mine unlocked once I played a 3 inning play ball game.
