This achievement is stackable. What you want to do is play a game where you record a save, but SAVE AND QUIT your game with only one out left. So you can repeatedly load the game up and get the last out until you have enough saves for the achievement to unlock. Some say the achievement won't unlock until you play a franchise mode, but mind unlock fine once I played a 3 inning play ball game.
