| For those of you boosting the multiple online win achievements in this game, this achievement can be accomplished without any extra effort during your boost. Simply send the game tied into the bottom of the 9th and have the home team bunt the ball for an inside the park homerun. I can personally verify this works and the next game let your boosting partner be the home team and win with the "walk off homerun". Hope this helps. |

This is a pretty difficult achievement. I have yet to receive it, but I know how to do it. I am working on it.
A "Walk-Off" hit, is a hit that ends the game with for a home Team win. Joe Carter's Home Run in the 1992 World Series was a walk-off home run. A more recent example would be Raul Ibanez's 12th inning walk-off home run in game 3 of the 2012 ALDS against the Orioles.
You need to be in the FINAL inning, as the HOME team. This could be 3rd, 9th, or 13th inning. It doesn't matter how long you set your game, it just needs to be the last inning.
You need to have the tying run on base, or at the plate.
Okay, here's where it gets difficult: Hit a home run to win the game, and the achievement should pop.
