The two easiest decal's are Yellow Sun which is earned by winning 5 Versus games and Yellow Lightning gained by killing 5 players.
Yellow Sun
Simply start up a Versus game on Xbox LIVE and Create Session. Set it to 1 Round and Single flyout and head out and kill the enemy team of bots. 5 times.
Yellow Lightning
You'll need to kill 4 players for 'You Will Be Ace' achievement, so just kill 1 more for this Decal.
