This battle is fairly easy if you know how do kill the Vicar of Chaos. First of all concentrate on the two minions. Dash up to one of them (after you have run a huge circle) then rewind time to have the boss distracted and melee the minion you want to go for first with x button spam and heavy hits (b and a) when possible. After they are both dead take out your gun and stay away from the Vicar as far as possible and shoot him until he dies.
