Select the Black Ice mission and play on regular difficulty, you first see five enemies standing on the right run over all five, you can turn your snowmobile around to get them as your unlikely to get them all in one hit.

The enemies on the snowmobiles are likely to have stopped further up and got off, run them over.

Next you jump over a ramp and land in front of three enemies, run them three over.

Then you will come across two enemies running with their backs turned away from you, run them over and you should have killed 13 enemies by now.
